#964 San Diego -130

3-Units (3:05 P.M. CST)

Greg Maddux has dominated Cincinnati in the past, winning 6 straight over the Reds with a 2.08 ERA and .196 BAA in that span. He has also pitched well over his last 3 starts allowing 6 earned runs in 15 innings of work. Maddux is very effective at home, allowing 18 hits and 5 earned runs over 24 innings of work, with opponents hitting .200 against him. He will be opposed by Matt Belisle of the Reds. Belisle has given up 10 runs over his last 15 innings of work. Opponents are hitting .345 against Belisle on the season, and a big part of that is that he has given up 39 hits over 25 innings pitched. This could be the matchup the Padres have been looking for. The Padres are hitting .272 and scoring 4 runs a game against righties over their last 5 games, while the Reds are hitting .200 and scoring just 1 run a game against righties over their last 5 games. Belisle has not pitched well against the Padres in the past, going 0-2 with a 8.56 ERA in two starts and four relief appearances.

Take San Diego -130 for 3-Units

Thanks and Good Luck.
